Cosmic Shimmer Opal Polish is a water-based and fast drying medium which contains a base color polish with the addition of mica in a complementary color. Achieve beautiful opalescent effects for craft projects. When used on dark card stock the mica color dominates to give a completely different look. Each pot has its own foam dauber in the lid making it easy to use on a variety of surfaces.
