“You old Fart” by Nicole Lye

Up on the blog today is Nicole Lye from Tamworth with samples made from our “Inappropriate” stamp and die set and the Monster stamp and die set.

Old Fart

White card base. White cardstock. Die cut card panel with white cardstock. Using low tack tape make a mask and ink blend grass using Distress Oxide Cracked Pistachio, Lucky Clover, Pine Needles. With cloud border ink clouds with Speckled Egg Distress oxide and blend a light layer of Broken China over the top.

Stamp sentiment with Versamark and clear heat emboss. Blend Wendy Vecchi Potting soil ink over sign and posts.

Use Black glaze pen for bolts. Colour monster with Distress oxide Fossilized Amber, Carved Pumpkin, Candied Apple, Black Soot with water pen. Glitter pen for eye and mount monster and sign with foam tape.

Eek Monster

White card base. Die cut card panel and emboss.

Blend with Distress oxide Carved Pumpkin and Seedless Preserves. Stamp, colour and die cut monster.

Die cut sentiments from Alphabet dies and adhere to black cardstock. Mount monster onto foam and paint eyes with liquid glass.
